Hello, and Welcome to Try What This Week!
For a long time, life felt like it was running on empty.
Since I was young, my life had been rather structured: school, home, sleep.
Then, adulthood came, and I gave my early years to work and raising three little humans. It was indeed one of the best times of my life, watching them grow and explore the world.
But…slowly, a part of me began to feel drained, as though I lacked the energy to do anything, as though I needed and wanted more. I knew burnout had crept in quietly through work, daily demands, and the constant pressure to be “on.”
Joy had slipped away, and it was time to pause, rest, recharge and begin the journey of rediscovery.
Try What This Week is a space born from that pause. It is a space that motivates me to try something new every week (after all, I need to write something). Here, I share simple and achievable activities that I have tried, hoping to bring joy and calmness to everyday life.
If you are at a similar stage of life, feeling the need for transition, I invite you to slow down, notice the little things, and nurture your inner self. Each try is a small act of self-love, a petal in the process of blooming, and most importantly, being present, not perfection.
